What are the differences between BE/Capsule and Champion Accounts?
BE accounts (e.g. NA – 20K BE) have a set amount of BE on them but no champions or runes unlocked (although all accounts have enough BE to buy the 20 champions required for ranked play). Capsule accounts (e.g. NA – 26 Capsules) have the champion capsules unopened. Which means you will need to open all capsules and you get to decide what champion shards you want to keep or disenchant for BE. Champion accounts come with the number of champions stated but do not have any set amount of BE or RP.
What Champions will I get on the Champion Accounts?
Our Champion accounts come with a range of champions as stated in their description. These champions are totally random and can be from a range of BE costs.
Are the accounts ready for Ranked?
Yes, they are! You’ll need to purchase at least 20 champions first as this is a requirement of ranked play. All our package accounts come with enough BE to buy at least 20 champions so you can start playing ranked right away. Our Champion accounts already have 20+ champions unlocked for you so you can start right away! Note however that Champion accounts do not have any set amount of BE or RP on them.
Will I be able to change the Account Login Information?
Yes! After you purchase, you will be able to change the password and email of your LoL account on the LoL website. Unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Can I change my summoner name?
Our LoL accounts have random but logical summoner names, however, you can change your account name in the LoL client using BE or RP.
How will I receive my account?
Your LoL account details will be displayed instantly on our secure accounts page as soon as your purchase has been processed and payment has been completed. We will also email these details to you right away. Our automated systems work 24/7 so no matter when you buy a LoL account you will receive the details immediately.
What payment options are available?

Do you accept other currencies besides USD?
Yes! PayPal will automatically convert your currency into USD, meaning, you can buy an account with any countries currency in the world!

What Happens if my account gets banned?
It’s quite simple – if your LoL smurf account gets banned through any fault or defect of our own we will provide you one brand new replacement LoL smurf account free of charge. BE accounts offer 7 and 14-day warranties. Verified/inactive accounts offer a 10-day Warranty for account replacements (NO REFUNDS!). Champion accounts offer a Lifetime warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description. We DO NOT cover Scripting bans, Toxic bans or anything else that is within your control on any type of accounts!
If I get banned for being toxic, will you replace/refund the account?
NO! We are fully transparent about what our warranty covers in our Product descriptions. It covers any defects or fault of our own. If you buy a LoL account from us and get it banned due to your own bad behavior or rule-breaking then we cannot help you.
Do you sell other products besides LoL?
Yes, we do! While LoL is our biggest product line, we do sell products for other games. Feel free to look in our shop for anything that you may be interested in.
How quickly will my boost be completed?
We guarantee a minimum of at least 1 division a day.
How can you guarantee the safety of my account?

Can I watch the booster playing on my account?
Yes, there are plenty of options to choose from in order to be able to watch your booster working on your account. The easiest is to create a smurf account and use it to spectate your main account being boosted within the game client. If you are only interested in the match history of your booster, you can easily track that through commons sites such as op.gg.
How can I contact the booster?
You can easily chat with your booster in your ranked orders tab. Once you purchase an order, you’ll be directly linked in a 2-way chat with your booster.
Where can I locate my order and chat with the booster?
You can locate your order by navigating to your profile. Once you’re in your profile settings, you will select rank orders. You’ll be able to see all of your orders and chat with the booster accordingly.
What if I'm dissatisfied with my booster?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. The customer has the option of swapping boosters, but these cases are extremely rare since our boosting team only consists of master and challenger players with great boosting experience.
Can I play on my account while it is being boosted?
Yes, you can. Simply inform the booster when you’re going to play on it and when they’re able to log back in. You can pause the order at any time. We do not permit you playing ranked games during a pause, as this counteracts the purpose of the boost. Doing so will result may result in extra charges to compensate for any extra games the booster will need to play.
Can I play with my booster?
Yes, you can play with your booster. All boosting options having a check-box you can select that allows you to play with the booster for an additional cost.
